Referral Program

If you loved your home buying experience with MEGG Homes, have one for sale in your neighborhood, or just want to send someone our way, you could earn $1,000! 

If you refer someone to us, who is not yet working with MEGG Homes, who signs a contract within one year of your referral, you will receive $1,000 after they close.

Program Rules:

  1. A referrer who submits a referral, who is not yet registered with MEGG Homes, to MEGG Homes through the MEGG Homes website form will receive a $1,000 after the referee closes on a home by MEGG Homes if the referee signs a contract with MEGG Homes within one year from the time of the referral.
  2. A referrer may submit an unlimited number of viable referrals whom the referrer believes would want to be named a referee.
  3. Realtors are excluded from this program.
  4. This offer is subject to termination at any time at the sole discretion of MEGG Homes. Referral submissions that are made prior to termination will still be honored.
